" That Side Up " is a film about the things that happen or began to appear slowly but on a relatively large scale. Footage is from 2013, edited at different times from 2013-2015. At some stage, he started to take time-lapse of himself during the night while he was sleeping to check his sleeping pattern and how much he moves during the night. Sometimes to catch the moon moving across his window as well. One morning as soon as he woke up, he pushed the record button, he went back to the bed, got up again and that became the first shot for this project. He grabbed his phone and played a shuffle song ... and that became the theme song. "Making of " That Side Up " was a recorded journey ... " |
